Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato Doc.

Obtained with Cortese grapes, straw color, dry taste, with a light fruit and wood scent developed during the 18 months ageing in a very special 'carato' barrel  (the capacity of 378 liters), hand made in wild apricot wood by one of the last barrel artisans of this area.

To be served at 8°-10°C.

Very good combined with light food.

 To be drunk when it's young..
