This wine, after the vinification, is kept in oak barrels to mellow for 10/12 months.

It is a dry and full bodied wine, its color is an intense ruby red, vinous scent, particularly suitable for strong meats, roasts, and mature
cheeses. To be served at 16°-18° C.

Suitable for ageing.
