Description

Obtained with Grignolino grapes, light ruby red color, delicate scent, dry taste typically astringent and pleasantly bitterish, to be served at 15°-18° C.
Better to serve combined with classical Piedmontese food: antipasti (mixed starters), bollito (a selection of boiled meats), fritto misto (a wide variety of savoury and sweet things covered in breadcrumbs and eggs and delicately fried), but it recently proved very good also with fish.
Suggested aging up to two years.
